ARTIST STATEMENT
I am a writer, photographer, and digital artist. My paintbrush is the camera, my canvas - the computer, and my palette - all of the wonderful graphic arts software available to me. Through these tools, I have found limitless possibliites to translate my photographs into art. In addition to my involvement in art, animal rescue has been a major work of the heart throughout. I love capturing animals and nature in a photo. My special love is creating distinctive photo-illustrations of my favorite animal - the cat! My work - sometimes whimsical, always original - gives a glimpse into the secret world of our animal friends while staying true to their unique animal character!

ARTIST BIO
I have lived throughout the United States, originating in Buffalo, New York, where I worked in music, writing and art. The close-knit artist community in Buffalo prepared me well for my relocation to Nashville, Tennessee, where many artistic souls work and live.I have traveled throughout the USA and lived in Nashville, TN for many years. I call Music City my home.
